Cool photo, but it is NOT tilt shift... Tilt/shift refers to a LENS(or a lens movement on a view camera) not a plug-in for photoshop. If this was done in camera, why is the whole truck tack sharp, then the landing ramp is just as out of focus as the roof of the house? Optics just don't work that way! Read up on how a large format camera works and it should all come together... That said, cool photo!
